How do you use Oregano Essential Oil?
As aromatherapy
Add 4 drops of Oregano Essential Oil, 3 drops of Scots Pine Essential Oil and 2 drops of Eucalyptus Essential Oil to the water reservoir of a diffuser to widen the airways.
In a foot bath
Add 5 drops of Oregano Essential Oil and 5 drops of Tea Tree Essential Oil to 2 tablespoons of Dead Sea Salt and dissolve in a basin with 4 liters of lukewarm water. Soak your feet for 10 minutes and rinse with cold water.
As hair oil
Add 3 drops of Oregano Essential Oil and 3 drops of Tea Tree Essential Oil to 50 ml. Neem oil and massage your scalp with it. Leave on for 30 minutes and then wash off with a mild shampoo. Ideal against fungus on the scalp.
As a facial lotion
