How do you use Patchouli Essential Oil?
In a diffuser
Add 6 to 8 drops of Patchouli Essential Oil to the water reservoir of your diffuser for a strong grounding feeling.
As a skin oil
Mix 10 drops of Patchouli Essential Oil with 50 ml of base oil (e.g. Argan oil) and apply to the skin.
In your DIY perfume
Mix 15 ml alcohol (90%), 5 ml Patchouli Essential Oil and 3 ml water and add to a small spray bottle. Shake well before spraying behind your ears or on your wrists.
As an insect repellent
