How do you use Orange Essential Oil?
As aromatherapy
Add 3 drops of Orange Essential Oil, 4 drops of Clary Sage Essential Oil and 2 drops of Cedar Essential Oil to the water tank of a diffuser and turn it on to dispel feelings of stress, anxiety and fatigue.
As a face mask
Mix 2 tablespoons of bentonite clay, 5 to 6 tablespoons of water, 1 drop of Orange Essential Oil and 1 drop of Turmeric Essential Oil together into a thick paste. Apply the mixture to your face, avoiding eyes and lips. Leave it on for 10 minutes and then rinse with lukewarm water.
As a body scrub
Add 10 drops of Orange Essential Oil, 5 drops of Cinnamon Essential Oil and 2 drops of Clove Essential Oil to 200 grams of Dead Sea Salt. Add 50 ml of neutral oil and mix well. Use to exfoliate while showering.
As a DIY perfume
Mix 15 ml alcohol (90%), 3 ml Orange Essential Oil, 2 ml Ylang Ylang and 3 ml water and add to a small spray bottle. Shake well before spraying behind your ears and/or on your wrists.NB! Orange Essential Oil is phototoxic. Do not use on sensitive skin. Avoid use during pregnancy.
