How do you use Frankincense Essential Oil?

Add 5 drops of Frankincense Essential Oil, 5 drops of Grapefruit Essential Oil and 3 drops of Ginger Essential Oil to the water reservoir of a diffuser. Turn this on in case of emotional stress and fatigue.
As an anti-aging tonic
Mix 3 drops of Frankincense Essential Oil with 5 drops of Lavender Essential Oil and add this to 50 ml of Rosewater. Use on a cotton pad to remove impurities and firm the skin. Shake well before use!
As a skin oil
Add 5 drops of Frankincense Essential Oil, 4 drops of Myrrh Essential Oil and 4 drops of Bergamot Essential Oil to 50 ml of base oil (e.g. Argan oil). Apply this to your skin after showering to strengthen the skin and tackle scars and stretch marks.
In Bath
Add 4 drops of Frankincense Essential Oil and 3 drops of Sandalwood Essential Oil to 2 tablespoons of Dead Sea salt. Sprinkle this in a heated bath for rest and relaxation.
As a steam bath
Fill a basin with 3 liters of hot water and add 3 drops of Frankincense and 2 drops of Pine Essential Oil. Hold your face over the tub with a towel over your head to trap the vapor and inhale deeply. Relieving for cold complaints!
