How do you use Coriander Seed Oil?
In a diffuser
Mix 1 drop of Coriander Seed Essential Oil, 2 drops of Ylang Ylang Essential Oil and 1 drop of Rosemary Essential Oil. Add this to the water reservoir of a diffuser and feel your confidence increase
As a pillow spray
Add 1 drop of Coriander Seed Essential Oil and 2 drops of Lavender Essential Oil to a small bottle with 10 ml of water. Shake well and spray directly on your pillow before going to sleep.
As a facial cleanser
Add 5 drops of Coriander Seed Essential Oil to 50 ml facial tonic. Use a cotton pad and wipe your face with the tonic. Shake well before use.NB! Do not use undiluted on the skin.
