What is Eucalyptus Essential Oil?
Eucalyptus Essential Oil is extracted from the leaves of the Eucalyptus tree. The oil is distilled from the leaf under low pressure. 1 liter of oil requires approximately 60 kilograms of fresh leaves.
Where is it from?
The Eucalyptus tree originates from Australia and Tasmania, but is now grown almost everywhere. There are about 600 to 800 different species worldwide.

How do you use Eucalyptus Essential Oil?
As aromatherapy
Add 5 drops of Eucalyptus Essential Oil and 5 drops of Pine Essential Oil to a diffuser.
As a massage or skin oil
Dilute the Eucalyptus oil by dissolving it in a base oil (e.g. Argan Oil). Use 8 drops of Eucalyptus Essential Oil and 100 ml of base oil. You can also use this mixture on the skin as a remedy for blemishes.
In Bath
For an invigorating and purifying bath, add 10 drops of Eucalyptus Essential Oil and 5 drops of Bergamot Essential Oil to your bath water.
On a scented stone
Drop (if desired) some Eucalyptus Essential Oil on an aroma stone to let the aroma slowly spread into the room. Make sure the room is not too cold; at least 16 degrees.
Steaming
A steam bath with Eucalyptus Essential Oil is very beneficial for the respiratory tract.
Add 6 drops of Eucalyptus Essential Oil and 4 drops of Frankincense Essential Oil to a basin of hot water. Hold your face over the tub with a towel over your head to retain the vapor and inhale deeply through your nose.
As an air freshener
Fill a spray bottle with 100 ml of water. Add about 30 drops of Eucalyptus Essential Oil. Shake the bottle well and spray through the desired area.
