How do you use Fennel Essential Oil?
In a diffuser
Add 2 drops of Fennel Essential Oil, 2 drops of Chamomile Essential Oil and 2 drops of Caraway Essential Oil to the water reservoir of a diffuser. Switch this on for inner peace when nervous and overstimulated.
In a steam bath
Fill a basin with 2 liters of hot water and add 3 drops of Fennel Essential Oil and 1 drop of Tea Tree Essential Oil. Hold your face over the tub with a towel over your head to trap the vapor and inhale deeply.
As a skin oil
Mix 5 drops of Fennel Essential Oil, 4 drops of Ginger Essential Oil, 4 drops of Peppermint Essential Oil and 5 drops of Basil Essential Oil with 50 ml of base oil (e.g. Argan oil) and massage your abdomen with it for cramps.
As a mouthwash
Add 2 drops of Fennel Essential Oil to 30 ml of water and rinse your mouth with it.Or add a drop of Fennel Essential Oil to your toothpaste when brushing your teeth.NB! Avoid use during pregnancy. Do not use in case of (history of) epilepsy.
