How do you use Laurel Oil?
As a massage oil
Add 2 drops of Laurel Oil, 6 drops of Helichrysum Essential Oil, 6 drops of Juniper Berry Essential Oil and 4 drops of Rosemary Essential Oil to 100 ml of neutral massage oil. Use for flexible muscles and joints and good blood circulation.
In a steam bath
Mix 1 drop of Laurel Oil, 3 drops of Thyme Essential Oil and 2 drops of Peppermint Essential Oil and add to a bowl of hot water. Hang your head above the steam and cover your head with a towel. Inhale deeply.
In a facial lotion
Add 2 drops of Laurel Oil to 50 ml of Rose Water. Use with a cotton pad to cleanse the face.
As hair oil
Add 1 drop of Laurel Oil, 3 drops of Peppermint Essential Oil and 2 drops of Rosemary Essential Oil to 50 ml of Argan Oil. Massage this into the scalp. Let sit for about 20 minutes and then wash off.
To gargle
Mix 1 drop of Laurel Oil and 3 drops of Tea Tree Essential Oil and add to a glass of lukewarm water. Use as a gargle to relieve sore throat and combat bad breath.NB! Do not use undiluted on the skin.
