How do you use Marjoram Oil?
In a diffuser
Add 5 to 10 drops of Marjoram Essential Oil to a diffuser for a relaxing and comforting feeling.
For steaming
Mix 5 drops of Marjoram Essential Oil with 3 drops of Eucalyptus Essential Oil and add this to a bowl of hot water. Inhale the steam that is released deeply while holding your head above the tub. Cover the head with a cloth to keep the steam from escaping.
As bath oil
Add 10 drops of Marjoram Essential Oil and 5 drops of Lavender Essential Oil to a dash of neutral bath oil. Then pour this into a warm bath to help relieve nervousness and PMS symptoms.
As a skin and massage oil
Add 8 drops of Marjoram Essential Oil and 4 drops of Peppermint Essential Oil to 50 ml of carrier oil (e.g. Argan oil). Apply this to the skin to promote blood circulation and accelerate the removal of waste products.
As a pillow spray
