As aromatherapy
Add 6 drops of Palmarosa Essential Oil and 3 drops of Jasmine Essential Oil to the water reservoir of a diffuser and switch it on for a positive atmosphere in your home.
In a steam bath
Fill a basin with a small amount of hot water. Add 5 drops of Palmarosa and 5 drops of Niaouli Essential Oil. Hold your face over the tub with a towel over your head to retain the vapor and inhale deeply through your nose. Beneficial for respiratory complaints.
As a face mask
Mix 2 tablespoons of bentonite clay, 5 to 6 tablespoons of water, 1 drop of Palmarosa Essential Oil and 1 drop of Lavender Essential Oil together into a thick paste. Apply the mixture to your face, avoiding eyes and lips. Leave it on for 10 minutes and then rinse with lukewarm water.
In your DIY perfume
Mix 15 ml alcohol (90%), 4 ml Palmarosa Essential Oil and 2 ml water and add to a small spray bottle. Shake well before spraying behind your ears or on your wrists.
