What is Pine Oil?
The Scots pine, also called pine or Pinus Sylvestris, is a sturdy conifer that remains green all year round and can grow up to 40 meters tall. It has deep roots and sharp needles.
Pine Essential Oil is obtained from these needles and their branches by steam distillation.

The cold regions of Europe and northern Asia.

How do you use pine oil?
Aromatherapy
If desired, add a few drops of pine oil to the water reservoir of a diffuser and switch it on. If you have a cold, use slightly more drops than you are used to to clear the airways.
In Bath
For a refreshing and invigorating sensation, add approximately 10 drops of pine oil to a warm bath. Lie in this for a maximum of 20 minutes and then rinse your body with cold water.
As a massage and/or skin oil
For better blood circulation and supple skin, add a few drops of pine oil to massage or skin oil. Massage your body with this.
As an air freshener
Add a few drops of pine oil to a bottle of water with a spray cap and spray in and around the house.
NB! Do not use undiluted on the skin. Do not use in the sun. May cause phototoxicity and affect the skin.
Maximum dosage for the skin: 0.4% on 100 ml carrier oil or cream.
