How do you use Ravensara Essential Oil?
In a diffuser
Add 5 drops of Ravensara Essential Oil and 3 drops of Cajeput Essential Oil to the water tank of a diffuser and turn it on to disinfect your environment and relieve headaches.
In Bath
Mix 6 drops of Ravensara Essential Oil and 4 drops of Bergamot Essential Oil with a dash of neutral bath oil and add to a heated bath.
In a steam bath
Fill a basin with approximately 2 liters of hot water. Add 3 drops of Ravensara Essential Oil and 2 drops of Eucalyptus Essential Oil.Hold your face over the tub with a towel over your head to retain the vapor and inhale deeply through your nose. Beneficial for respiratory infections!
As a skin oil
Mix 5 drops of Ravensara Essential Oil, 5 drops of Rosemary Essential Oil and 50 ml of base oil (e.g. Argan oil) and apply to your skin to stimulate blood circulation.
