How do you use Sage Essential Oil?
As aromatherapy
Add 4 drops of Sage Essential Oil, 2 drops of Pine Essential Oil and 2 drops of Juniper Essential Oil to the water tank of a diffuser and turn it on for an invigorating effect on the mind.
In a steam bath
Fill a basin with approximately 2 liters of hot water. Add 2 drops of Sage Essential Oil, 2 drops of Thyme Essential Oil and 1 drop of Pine Essential Oil. Hold your face over the tub with a towel over your head to retain the vapor and inhale deeply through your nose.
As a skin oil
Add 5 drops of Sage Essential Oil and 5 drops of Rosemary Essential Oil to 50 ml of carrier oil (e.g. Argan oil) and apply after showering to help firm the skin.
As a foot bath
Add 4 drops of Sage Essential Oil and 4 drops of Tea Tree Essential Oil to 2 tablespoons of Dead Sea salt. Fill a basin with approximately 4 liters of warm water and add the sea salt. Soak the feet for 15 to 20 minutes and rinse with lukewarm water. Ideal for sweaty feet.NB! Do not use during pregnancy, high blood pressure and epilepsy.
