How do you use Turmeric Oil?
In a diffuser
Mix 2 drops of Turmeric Oil with 2 drops of Iris Essential Oil and add to the water reservoir of a diffuser for a caressing & soothing aroma.
As a face mask
Mix 5 to 6 tablespoons of water with 2 tablespoons of Bentonite Clay. Add 2 drops of Turmeric Essential Oil and apply it to the face. Let it sit for 10 minutes and then rinse with lukewarm water.
As a massage skin oil
Add 3 drops of Turmeric Oil, 1 drop of Black Pepper Essential Oil and 2 drops of Mimosa Essential Oil to 50 ml of massage or skin oil and apply to the skin.
As shampoo & conditioner
Add 6 drops of Turmeric Oil to 100 ml of shampoo and/or conditioner. This can help prevent hair loss and hair breakage.NB! Do not use undiluted on the skin. Do not use in the sun. May cause phototoxicity and affect the skin.Maximum dosage for the skin: 0.4% on 100 ml carrier oil or cream.
