How do you use Vetiver Essential Oil?
In a diffuser
Add 3 drops of Vetiver Essential Oil and 4 drops of Sandalwood Essential Oil to the water reservoir of a diffuser. Turn these on for peace and mental stability and to strengthen your self-awareness.
As a massage oil
Mix 3 drops of Vetiver Essential Oil, 2 drops of Orange Essential Oil and 1 drop of Grapefruit Essential Oil with 50 ml of base oil (e.g. Argan oil). Massage this into the dry and sagging skin.
As a face mask
Mix 2 tablespoons of bentonite clay, 5 to 6 tablespoons of water, 1 drop of Vetiver Essential Oil and 1 drop of Lavender Essential Oil together into a thick paste. Apply the mixture to your face, avoiding eyes and lips. Leave it on for 10 minutes and then rinse with lukewarm water.
In a body scrub
Mix 6 drops of Vetiver Essential Oil, 5 drops of Neroli Essential Oil and 3 drops of Lemon Essential Oil with 2 tablespoons of Coconut Oil and add this to 250 grams of Dead Sea Salt. Scrub your body with this while showering to cleanse and firm your skin and to stimulate good blood circulation.NB! Avoid use during pregnancy. Use with caution on sensitive skin.
