What is Ginger Essential Oil?
Ginger Essential Oil is extracted from dried ginger roots through steam distillation. There are both yellow and gray rhizomes, but the oil can only be extracted from the gray rhizomes.
Where is it from?
Ginger originally comes from India and Sri Lanka. Nowadays it is also grown in other countries with subtropical climates such as China and Brazil.

How do you use Ginger Essential Oil?
Aromatherapy
Add 5 drops of Ginger Oil and 5 drops of Orange Oil to the water reservoir of a diffuser and turn it on.
As a skin and massage oil
Mix 10 to 20 drops of Ginger Oil with 50 ml. base oil (e.g. Argan Oil) and apply it to the skin.
In Bath
Mix 10 drops of Ginger Oil and 5 drops of Geranium Oil with a neutral bath oil and add to a heated bath.
Consumption
Add 1 to 2 drops of Ginger Essential Oil to your meals or drinks to promote digestion.
For steaming
Add 5 drops of Ginger Essential Oil and 3 drops of Lemon Essential Oil to a bowl of hot water. Hold your face over the tub with a towel over your head to retain the vapor and inhale deeply through your nose.
